Unless otherwise indicated, the App is the property of Oleksii Smargunov. This agreement governs any services, your trial, and continues use of apps provided by Oleksii Smargunov vendor on the Atlassian Marketplace.

By installing and using this App you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these term and conditions. These terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement between you and Oleksii Smargunov ("this Agreement"). If you are agreeing to this agreement not as an individual, but on behalf of your company, then “you” means your company, and you are binding your company to this agreement.

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you install the plugin into any Confluence or JIRA installation.

Licenses granted by Oleksii Smargunov vendor are granted subject to the condition that you must ensure the maximum number of Authorized Users that are able to access and use any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product concurrently is equal to the number of User Licenses for which the necessary fees have been paid to Atlassian and/or its authorized partners (each, an "Atlassian Expert").

You may purchase additional User Licenses at any time on payment of the appropriate fees to Atlassian or an Atlassian Expert. "User License" means a license granted under this Agreement to you to permit an Authorized User to use any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product. The number of User Licenses granted to you is dependent on the fees paid by you. "Authorized User" means a person who accesses and uses any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product under the Agreement and for which the necessary fees have been paid to Atlassian and/or an Atlassian Expert.

There is no any information collected by Oleksii Smargunov vendor from you or your device in regards of installing or using any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party. Application refers to any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Atlassian Marketplace Product in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or sublicense any rights unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Oleksii Smargunov vendor.

It is not warranted that any software supplied by Oleksii Smargunov will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. Oleksii Smargunov exclude and expressly disclaim all express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder shall continuation in full force and the effect of the remainder of them will be not be deemed to be prejudiced (unless the substantive purpose of this Agreement is then frustrated), in which case either party may terminate this Agreement forthwith on written notice

Oleksii Smargunov Atlassian Marketplace Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this agreement, Oleksii Smargunov vendor owns all title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in any of Oleksii Smargunov App listed as Marketplace Product.
